Consumer Disclosure Notice
Cruise Masters of Minnesota, Inc., dba Cruise Masters, is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers (“principals” identified on your cruise and/or airline tickets which you receive prior to your departure) in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by the travel agency (such as cruises, air carriage, hotel accommodations, group transportation, meals, tours, etc). This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. Travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, acts of war, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or development, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.
Escorted groups: In the event that the designated escort is unable to accompany the group, Cruise Masters reserves the right to select a substitute. Group participants consent herewith to the use of their photos taken by employees of Cruise Masters while on a group trip for advertising and promotional purposes by Cruise Masters.

Cruise Masters of Minnesota, Inc is committed to providing our clients with the best service possible. In order to accomplish this, it is necessary for us to gather certain personal information from you in regard to your reservations.
Personal Information Collection Practices:
Information we receive from clients include, but are not limited to, credit card numbers, billing and mailing addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, date of birth, and passport numbers.
Personal Information Disclosure Practices:
We may disclose all of the non-public information that we collect. We may disclose such non-public personal information about you to the following types of third parties:
- Services providers such as insurance companies and card processing services.
- Suppliers providing a service or product on our behalf.
Data Security Procedures:
Access to your non‑public personal information is strictly limited to those authorized individuals who have a legitimate business need for such information in connection with the provision, administration or servicing of the products or services you have requested.
Health & Safety
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. This Waiver is entered into between the Participants on the reservation (“I”, “You”) and the Company (Cruise Masters of MN, Inc) through which you purchased your airline tickets, vacation, tour or cruise arrangements. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the clauses below and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members. You are encouraged to discuss the advisability of travel with your physician and to review the website for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (“CDC”) for updated information.
Assumption of Risk
- You acknowledge, understand and accept that at any point during your trip, you or other guests may be exposed to communicable illnesses including, but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, colds and/or norovirus.
- You acknowledge, understand and accept that the risk of exposure to these communicable illnesses and others are inherent in most activities where people interact or share common facilities, are beyond the vendor and the Company’s control and cannot be eliminated under any circumstances.
- You acknowledge, understand and accept that the Company is merely the travel arranger and you are solely responsible for meeting all the laws and regulations of local, state, federal, and other national and international governments regarding travel requirements necessary for reaching your destination, applicable regulations during your stay and your return. You are also aware you must abide by the laws and regulations of local, state, federal, and other national and international governments regarding the safety and the spread of communicable diseases, which may include quarantine in a foreign location, at your expense, without physical access to family and friends and could result in trip interruption or cancellation.
- You knowingly and voluntarily accept these risks by retaining your tickets, reservations or bookings, including the risk of serious illness or death arising from such exposures and/or all related damages, loss, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever.
- You are aware that you may be required to complete a Health Questionnaire prior to participating on services purchases through the Company.
- You are aware that you might be required to obtain and show proof in the form of written documentation in English of certain vaccinations required for certain travel destinations.. Vaccination documentation must include information that identifies the person and vaccination date(s).
- You acknowledge you have been strongly advised to have comprehensive health insurance (including “travel insurance”).
- You acknowledge that you have received the risk warnings above and that any representation you receive from any other person, whether orally, in writing or otherwise, will not be taken as a contradiction of the risk warnings above.
- You acknowledge, understand and accept that any payment made on the reservation indicates acknowledgement and acceptance of these risks. To the extent permitted by law, you hereby release the Company and its employees, officers, directors, and agents, (“the Releasees”) from any and all claims that may accordingly arise during the course of your participation in the tour/cruise/trip. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and the Releasees for any claims against the Company or the Releasees by any member of your family, your heirs or assigns, your estate, your employer, or by any other person for whom or to whom you are or may be responsible, whether at law or otherwise.
